Rowland Manthorpe founded Think Tank Review in 2014.

A former think tanker, Rowland is ‎Associate Editor at WIRED. His writing has been published in The Guardian, The Observer, The Sunday Telegraph, The Atlantic and The Spectator. In 2007 he was awarded the Ben Pimlott Prize for Political Writing by the Guardian and the Fabian Society. He recently published Confidence with Kirsten Smith.
